Something not quite right?
We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date on all products that haven't been used and are in the same original packaging that you received.
To start a return or exchange please contact us at clients@tiyah.store Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:
1. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will issue a return address via email.
2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order.
Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
4. All return requests must accompany photos and or videos of the products upon request from TIYAH.
Except for the important interpretation, TIYAH will make a refund, resend, or accept the return for any of the following cases:
Orders that are lacking tracking information, in transit, pending, expired 60 days after orders departed from TIYAH warehouse.
TIYAH will not accept a refund or resend if the tracking information shows the order is delivered.
If you did not receive the package, a non-delivery certification issued by the local post office with an official seal is necessary before requesting dispute. We will not accept a refund or resend for the following reasons:
a)
Incorrect/insufficient address provided by customer.
b)
No such number. c)
Unknown recipient.
d)
Refused.
e)
Do not pick up in time.
f)
No safe delivery location.
g)
Uncleared customs.
TIYAH offers a full refund or a replacement if packages arrived are badly damaged.
TIYAH offers a partial refund or a replacement if packages arrived partially damaged (except thread, slightly wrinkled, small scratches etc.).
We will only issue replacement units that are damaged for matters reported within 30 days of delivery date. We cannot accept any claims for damaged goods that occur within transit after 30 days of delivery.
TIYAH has a strict quality control process before products are dispatched. TIYAH will deal with incorrect or missing products as follows:
a.
For incorrect or defected products, we offer a full refund or replacement.
b.
For products with wrong color, size which doesn't affect product function.
c.
For parts missing which doesn’t affect product function, TIYAH may refund partially or resend the missing part; for parts missing which affect product function, TIYAH will resend the product only.
For orders cancellation, TIYAH only offers a full refund before products are processed by warehouses, i.e if your order has been processed and assisgned a tracking number, we cannot accept cancellation.
Important Interpretation
TIYAH takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited: epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection.
TIYAH shall not accept any refunds for the following reasons, including but not limited to:
a.
The buyer does not like it. b.
The buyer claims that the product description is not real.
c.
Products smell unusual.
d.
The buyer ordered the wrong items.
e.
The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
f.
Product difference was negotiated in advance.
g.
Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
h.
In some cases, packages returned/discarded/detained due to the consignee’s failure to comply with the work of customs clearance in line with the foreign trade policies of certain countries.
