Refund Policy

We guarantee this case will redefine your Watch’s purpose. If the TIYAH doesn't meet your expectations for digital focus and distraction-free use within 30 days, we will process a full return. It's the simplest way to invest in your attention span.

We'll gladly accommodate returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery date on all products that still have the original undamaged packaging and products still in new condition.

Returns & Exchanges Disclaimers:

1. If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’ll cover the return cost. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We will issue a return address via email.

2. Tracking numbers: If an order is being returned to us, you must provide us with a tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. Refunds will not be issued until we've received the returned order.

3. Refunds: Refunds will be issued within 5-7 business days after receiving the returned order. Please note: Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your bank.
